2. Precision filtration (SF)In order to prevent the membrane element from being damaged by solid particles during operation, a precision filter is set before the pretreatment water enters the reverse osmosis, which is mainly used to remove the granular impurities such as quartz sand and activated carbon powder left over from the previous process, and remove the granular impurities, pollutants, colloids and suspended solids in the residual water to enter the reverse osmosis system.The precision filter is the last process of reverse osmosis pretreatment and the last checkpoint for raw water to enter the reverse osmosis membrane. It must ensure its stable, safe and reliable operation. The filter element is disposable, and the replacement cycle is generally 3 months (based on the quality of raw water).The filter element of the filter adopts melt blown polypropylene filter element for deep filtration, which has the advantages of large dirt holding capacity, long service life and easy replacement.3. High pressure pumpThe function of the high-pressure pump is to provide sufficient water inlet pressure for the reverse osmosis device. According to the water yield requirements of the system, considering the fluctuation of the water inlet temperature and the resistance loss of the pipeline, our company selects high-quality high-pressure pumps of well-known brands, which have good performance and stable operation, so as to make the water quality of the reverse osmosis device more stable.4. Reverse osmosis system (RO)According to the system requirements, the reverse osmosis device uses high-quality imported reverse osmosis membrane, and the desalination rate is greater than 98%.The high pressure pump pressurizes the outlet water of the precision filter to the working pressure of RO, and then evenly distributes it to the pressure vessel. The water flow is separated by the reverse osmosis membrane, and two water flows are formed in the pressure vessel.Some of the influent water passes through the membrane to form RO pure water, while the remaining inorganic salts and solid residues are retained and concentrated to form wastewater, thus realizing the separation of inorganic salts and water.RO pure water flows out of the pressure vessel with reverse osmosis membrane, and then flows out of the equipment and into the pure water storage tank. Waste water flows out of the waste water port of the pressure vessel.The pore diameter of RO membrane is less than 1.0nm, so RO membrane can filter out Pseudomonas aeruginosa (3000 × 10-10m), can also filter out various viruses, such as influenza virus (800 × 10-10m), meningitis virus (200 × 10-10m), and even the heat source (10-500 × 10-10m).5. Water storage tankThe prepared RO pure water is stored. There are four liquid levels in the tank. From top to bottom, they are the first level (maximum level), the second level (high level), the third level (low level), and the fourth level (minimum level).The first level and the second level control the operation of the high-pressure pump,The third level and the fourth level control the operation of the pure water pump.6. Constant pressure water supplyRO pure water stored in the water storage tank is pressurized by the pure water pump, and then sterilized to supply water to the water point.As long as the valve of the water point is opened and the contact of the pure water pressure switch is closed, the pure water pump will work and water will flow out of the water point.When the water point valve is closed, the pure water pump automatically stops with the increase of pressure, thus achieving constant pressure water supply in a stable range.7. Microbial controlRO pure water is boosted by pure water pump, and then flows through ultraviolet ray and ultrapure column to supply water to ultrapure water consuming point.Before entering the purification column, install a return water solenoid valve to return to the water storage tank to form a pure water supply loop, which can realize pure water circulating flushing and manual disinfection.
